Shipping policy
We ship across the UK, the EU and selected countries worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Delivery options and times
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- United Kingdom, Standard: 5–10 working days.
- United Kingdom, Express: 3–7 working days.
- European Union: 7–15 working days.
- Rest of world (US, Canada, Australia and more): 10–20 working days.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Some items ship from our partner warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 2–3 days to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Late or lost parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 working days of dispatch (30 for international orders), email tgoode033001@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and email us. Your rights under our Refund Policy apply.
Address changes
Please check your address at checkout. We can change it only before dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may charge to resend it.
